Jarrett is promoting “The Chase,” an upcoming event at Kansas Speedway.
“This is the most competitive track. You see speeds that are well over 180 miles an hour. And the drivers, there’s a lot of drivers that aren’t always comfortable with all of the mile-and-a-half tracks, but everybody seems to be pretty comfortable with the Kansas Speedway, because you literally can run the bottom of the racetrack, the middle and the top. And I think more drivers feel they have a chance at winning, so it makes the race really, really competitive,” Jarrett said.
Jarrett threw out the first pitch during Friday’s game at Werner Park.
