THAT BRINGS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TWISTERS FROM MONDAY TO SIX. THANKS FOR JOINING US. I’M BILL SHERMAN JULIE CORNELL. THE NWS SAYS TWO EF1 TORNADOES TOUCHED DOWN NEAR SALEM IN RICHARDSON COUNTY, THE STRONGEST OF THE TWO BROUGHT WINDS OF 107 MILES AN HOUR. THOSE TWISTERS DAMAGED TREES, POWER LINES AND FARM BUILDINGS, THE WEATHER SERVICE REPORT SAYS. THERE WAS ANOTHER EF ONE THAT CAUSED DAMAGE IN JOHNSON AND NEMAHA COUNTIES. NEMAHA COUNTY ALSO SAW A RAIN WRAPPED TORNADO. IT WAS AN EF ZERO. ANOTHER TWISTER RATED EF UNKNOWN, TOUCHED DOWN IN JEFFERSON COUNTY NEAR DILLER. THERE ARE ALSO TWO TORNADOES IN AUBURN.
