Nebraska labor report reveals stable unemployment rate, expanding job growth
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Nebraska’s unemployment rate held steady in June.
The Nebraska Department of Labor released new numbers that show the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate at 2.9%.

That’s down from 3% in May and well below the national rate of 4.2 %.
Nebraska’s workforce also showed stability with employment and job growth across the state.
