After two failures on the floor over the last week, the primary budget bill sailed to the third round of voting without debate. The bill needed 33 votes to break a filibuster, and it got 34. The main sticking point was about $3.5 million in state dollars for private school scholarships, but that was stripped from the bill on Thursday.
