Nebraska City man charged with murder in family member’s death
NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. —
A Nebraska City man is accused of killing one of his family members during an argument.
Joseph Angus is charged with first-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony in the death of 45-year-old Will Neeman.

Authorities said Neeman was killed by a gunshot wound to the chest in June.

Angus was taken to a trauma center in Omaha with a gunshot wound to the head, investigators said.
The 29-year-old is accused of shooting and killing Neeman and then shooting himself, according to court documents.
Court documents state Angus told investigators that the shooting was an accident.
Angus was held on no bond. He is scheduled to appear in court next on Sept. 9.
