Nebraska teen killed in crash in Illinois
NORTH BEND, Neb. —
North Bend Central Public Schools is mourning the death of one of its students.
KETV’s ABC Affiliate 25News reported the 17-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene along Interstate 55 in McLean County, Illinois.

According to a news release from the school district, Jacey Buresh was killed in a crash.
The crash report states it was a two-vehicle car crash. There is no update on the status of the other driver.
“Our deepest condolences and thoughts are with Jacey’s family, friends, and loved ones during this unimaginably difficult time.
The school district will have crisis counseling and support available at the high school from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and throughout the week.
The crash investigation is underway.
