Nebraska verifies Dan Osborn’s signatures, putting him on the November ballot for U.S. Senate
LINCOLN, Neb. —
The Nebraska Secretary of State’s office said officials have verified the signatures submitted by Dan Osborn’s campaign and he will appear on the ballot this November.
Osborn’s campaign collected at least 6,096 valid signatures from registered Nebraska voters, according to the Secretary of State’s office.

Osborn will challenge Republican incumbent Pete Ricketts, Democratic nominee Cindy Burbank, and Legalize Marijuana Now candidate Mike Marvin to secure a U.S. Senate seat.
To appear on the ballot by petition for Senate, candidates need at least 4,000 signatures with at least 750 from registered voters in each of the three congressional districts.
Osborn collected more than 2,300 from District 1, nearly 1,900 from District 2, and nearly 1,900 from District 3.
