Watch: Rob Aurich says Nebraska’s defense is building confidence during fall camp
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Nebraska defensive coordinator Rob Aurich discussed where his unit stands in learning specific concepts during fall camp.
“Right now, we’re through about six days of install. One thing I have been really pleased with is that we’re not always focused on the outcome of the play, but our process of playing technique, executing the defense, and focusing on what we can improve,” Aurich said.

He also touched on his development style on defense.
“We develop confidence. I don’t know about the word swagger because I’ve never taught that and I don’t have any. You get confidence through going out on the field, having a quiet mind and knowing exactly what to do,” Aurich said.
