On social media, Brother’s Lounge posted claiming that the city has done nothing to protect the building.
When asked if the collapse would impact streetcar construction, the city said “the city will continue to monitor the site for any change in the interest of public safety.”
The city also said Kiewit added a berm and tarp to minimize further impact.
