Omaha man survives gunshot wound, drives himself to hospital, police say

OMAHA, Neb. —

A 46-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound, Omaha police said.

Investigators said he drove himself to the hospital after gunfire near 31st and Dodge just before 9 p.m. Thursday night.

He should survive, officials said.

Investigators asked people to call 402-444-STOP if they know anything that could help find the shooter.
