An Omaha man is recovering after being shot Thursday night. Investigators are asking for tips to find the shooter.

Omaha man survives gunshot wound, drives himself to hospital, police say

OMAHA, Neb. —

A 46-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound, Omaha police said.

Investigators said he drove himself to the hospital after gunfire near 31st and Dodge just before 9 p.m. Thursday night.

He should survive, officials said.

Investigators asked people to call 402-444-STOP if they know anything that could help find the shooter.
