Court documents allege that officers then made contact with the driver of the car, identified as Ashley Martinez, 30. She told Papillion police that she was making a U-turn at the intersection when the motorcyclist collided with the rear of her car.

The female victim in the crash, identified as Kelly Chriswisser, later died as a result of her injuries. The male victim was injured but survived.
Martinez will now be charged with motor vehicle homicide, manslaughter, DUI among other charges. Her next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 11.
