One person was taken to the hospital after hundreds of tubers were stuck on the Elkhorn River in flood conditions.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a drowning call.

One person was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
DCSO is asking people to avoid the area to allow crews to work.
Waterloo Fire and Rescue also responded to the scene.
