Open Door Mission opens new hospitality center with concert
OMAHA, Neb. —
Open Door Mission hosted a concert to celebrate the opening of its new hospitality center, which aims to serve families experiencing poverty or homelessness.
The Zellmer family performed for the crowd during the event.

“We’re now able to serve three meals a day, and you don’t have to live at the Open Door Mission to eat here, and so you can come and have a hot meal in a very, environment that’s safe and therapeutic,” Candace Gregory said.
The organization shared its excitement about the years of impact the new center is expected to have on the community.
