An owl in Ohio got tangled in the netting of a soccer goal – and two officers responded with a World Cup-worthy save.

The incident happened in the Cleveland suburb of Avon on July 19, when the police department there received the call about an owl tangled in soccer goal netting.

Officers Steve Vogel and David Orlando were able to assist the bird, who didn’t seem to give much of a hoot about its situation.

“Thanks to their quick actions and teamwork, the owl flew away unharmed,” the police department said in a social media post.
