A plane carrying 11 people went down 80 miles off the east coast of Florida on Tuesday, according to the United States Coast Guard.The U.S. Coast Guard said all 11 people were rescued. Authorities have not yet determined whether the crash was caused by a mechanical issue or weather conditions. The FAA is investigating.
