Court records said Imari Valentine is accused of harboring or concealing a felon or providing aid, a weapon, transportation, disguise, or “other means of effecting the escape or avoiding the discover or apprehension of a felon.”
The case dates back to the murder of 21-year-old Keah Paljor in October 2024.
Paljor died from gunshot wounds at the hospital after responders found him down near 29th and T streets.

Prosecutors said a witness observed Dak Lam carrying a black handgun at the time of the shooting.
Investigators reviewed video surveillance, which allegedly shows Lam firing multiple gunshots at Paljor, resulting in the victim falling, according to prosecutors.
Lam was located and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force in Westminster, Colorado, earlier this month and then extradited to Omaha.
Lam was found guilty of second-degree murder in June, and his sentencing is scheduled for August.
Valentine will be sentenced on Sept. 16.
