A man is accused of pointing a gun at three young people, Norfolk police said.Investigators said 55-year-old Dean Miller picked his daughter up from the YMCA on Thursday. She told him about a dispute she had with three students she went to school with. Witnesses told police Miller was speeding through the library parking lot and nearly hit a woman before he stopped near those students. Investigators said initially Miller yelled at the students and then pulled a handgun out, pointing it at them. Police were called and officers found the handgun.
