Police are searching for a man after a stolen pickup truck crashed into an Omaha home. Police responded to the crash near 75th and Parker streets at about 1:31 a.m. Wednesday.One block south of 75th and Blondo Street.Lt. Chuck Casey said officers are investigating the crash as a hit-and-run.Casey said the driver of a GMC Sierra was believed to be driving recklessly at a high rate of speed when he lost control.The truck hit a retaining wall, a fire hydrant, and a tree before crashing into the side of a home. The crash caused heavy damage to the house, two vehicles in the garage, and the truck itself.“We did determine that the truck was stolen approximately five to six days prior from here in Omaha,” Casey said.Police said the driver, described as a man, left the scene on foot.
