AND THIS TRADER JOE’S FILED A PERMIT WITH THE CITY OF OMAHA TO BUILD THE STORE. WE KNOW BASED ON THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION, IT’S SET TO BE A STANDALONE BUILDING, AND IT WILL COST ABOUT $850,000.
