Four proposed Nebraska ballot measures have cleared another hurdle and are now one step closer to making it onto the November ballot.
The list below shares the ballot measures and how many signatures they received:

- Fairness for Girls Constitutional Amendment
- Online Sports Wagering Authorization Constitutional Amendment
- Online Sports Wagering Regulation Initiative
- Protect Nebraskans’ Initiative and Referendum Powers Constitutional Amendment
If the measure was an initiative, it needed over 88,000 signatures. A constitutional amendment needed over 125,000 signatures.
Once the petitions are processed by the Nebraska Secretary of State’s office, the signatures are then sent to individual counties, where they have up to 40 days to verify signatures.
