LEADER KETV NEWSWATCH SEVEN AT FIVE. OMAHA IS ROLLING OUT THE RED CARPET FOR BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY SHAREHOLDERS IN THE FIRST YEAR WITHOUT CEO WARREN BUFFETT. IT’S NOT JUST THE CEO THAT’S NEW AT BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY WEEKEND SHAREHOLDERS AND BERKSHIRE’S LATEST ACQUISITION ALSO DEBUTED. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME JUST KIND OF TAKING EVERYTHING IN WITH THE EXPO. WE’RE JUST ECSTATIC TO BE ABLE TO SHOW OUR SHAREHOLDERS WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT AND INTRODUCE OURSELVES. THIS YEAR’S NEWEST VENDOR IS BELL LABORATORIES. IT’S A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN PEST CONTROL. BE HERE REPRESENTING A COMPANY THAT I’VE WORKED FOR FOR 20 YEARS WITH SOME OF MY WONDERFUL TEAMMATES. HERE. IT’S JUST VERY REWARDING FOR US AS AN ORGANIZATION. THE EXPO ALLOWS THEM TO REACH POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY, LIKE JUSTIN MOTTS AND HIS FRIEND ANTHONY PATTI, WHO CAME ALL THE WAY FROM BALTIMORE. IT’S SO MUCH FUN BEING ABLE TO SEE EVERYBODY ALL IN THE SAME PLACE, COMING TOGETHER, CELEBRATING, IF YOU WILL, HERE TO SEE, YOU KNOW, WARREN BUFFETT AND ALL OF HIS GLORY. THEY’RE BOTH EAGER TO HEAR WHAT GREG ABEL HAS TO SAY. I’M NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT, BUT I KNOW IT’S GOING TO BE A THRILL JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE SUCH A FOUNDATION FOR FOR GREG TO SUCCEED.
