A small medical plane crashed in New Mexico Thursday, killing four people on board, officials said. The plane went down outside Ruidoso in the Captain Mountain area. Sister station KOAT reports that officials in Lincoln County said a small aircraft took off from Roswell and was headed to Sierra Blanca Regional Airport.
