Storm chances increasing in Omaha tonight
OMAHA, Neb. —
Sporadic shower and storm chances taper off for a brief break this afternoon before returning in fuller force this evening. The Storm Prediction Center has expanded the slight risk to the edge of Douglas County, with most of the western half of our viewing area now included. The rest of us remain under a marginal risk. Wind and heavy rain look to be the main threats with tonight’s storms. A little leftover rain is possible around Omaha tomorrow morning, but after that, we’re looking at a dry weekend with slightly cooler temperatures ahead.
