Toddler hospitalized after being struck by vehicle in Iowa
A toddler was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Coon Rapids, Iowa.
According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, a report came in at around 8:04 p.m. Monday about a toddler that had been struck by a vehicle in the 300 block of First Avenue.

Responding officers found a 15-month-old girl had been hit by a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Family members administered CPR until first responders arrived, according to authorities. The child was transported by helicopter to an Omaha hospital with possibly life-threatening injuries.
