The USS Omaha is now in its final resting place at Levi Carter Park.On Friday, crews assembled the upper sail of the submarine, marking the final touch.It was flown in by crane.Officials said it marked the final milestone of the 30-year-old project.”It feels very good to have it assembled. I was a submarine officer years ago.
