STOW, Ohio —

A suspect was arrested after reportedly leading law enforcement on a chase through a golf course in Stow, Ohio, Tuesday.

Julius Edwards was wanted for attempted murder, and officers tried to pull him over before the pursuit began, according to police. Officers say Edwards did not comply, crashed his vehicle and ran away.

About an hour later, police spotted Edwards driving another vehicle he is accused of having carjacked. Police say a second pursuit began, and Edwards drove through the Fox Den Golf Course.

After about 10 minutes, police say, Edwards crashed into a police vehicle, causing a rollover crash.

Police say Edwards was taken into custody as he tried to flee the scene.

The officer involved in the rollover crash suffered minor injuries, according to officials.
