Council Bluffs man faces 13 counts in child sexual abuse material case
Investigators say a Council Bluffs man is linked to explicit images of a minor and Cash App payments.
Court documents filed Friday in Douglas County say Michael Clark, 39, faces 13 counts of child sexual abuse material. The affidavit says the investigation started with a 2025 tip to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services’ Child Protective Services Hotline.
