The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is well into its second weekend, which has been impacted by rain for two days. Friday’s headliner is none other than Louisiana native and Country superstar Lainey Wilson. The crowd was packed for her set, standing in the pouring rain to see her perform. Wilson’s performance was moved up to 3 p.m. in hopes of beating the rain, but just as her set began, heavy downpours moved over the Fair Grounds.
