A WWE star was arrested in Orlando, Florida, after allegedly assaulting his neighbor during a confrontation in their apartment building’s elevator, according to an arrest affidavit. Orlando police officers on April 23 responded to an apartment complex in Lake Eola in reference to a reported battery.The victim told police he had been battered by a man just outside the elevator.The suspect in the case was identified as Ludwig Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel.The victim explained that he entered the elevator right before a couple. As the elevator ascended, the man and woman began acting in an “uncontrollably intimate” manner, which he described as “aggressively kissing,” according to the arrest affidavit.Once the victim exited the elevator, he told the couple to “please have some manners.”That’s when Barthel allegedly began attacking him.The victim said he was punched multiple times and pushed to the ground.Police officers said they observed fresh scratches on the victim’s head along with redness in the area, consistent with a physical altercation, according to the affidavit.Investigators said they obtained surveillance footage from the incident, which was consistent with the victim’s report.Based on the evidence, police arrested Barthel for simple battery.
