American on cruise ship finishes Nebraska Medicine quarantine
OMAHA, Neb. —
Jake Rosmarin elected to finish his quarantine at Nebraska Medicine.
He said he was allowed to leave his room with a mask, which allowed Rosmarin to exercise social distancing with caution.

“I personally only left my room for 10 to 15 minutes a day. In those 10 to 15 minutes, I would usually start by grabbing breakfast and enough food for breakfast and lunch. I would end up having dinner sent to the room, and then I would also try to get out for fresh air for a few minutes. After that, I would go back to my room, shower, and I’d lay in bed all day and just sleep and cry,” Rosmarin said.
Rosmarin has reunited with his family and said it was the best thing in the world.
