Charges dropped for Bailey Zimmerman in relation to incident at New Mexico hotel

Charges have now been dropped for country music artist Bailey Zimmerman.

Zimmerman was previously facing charges of criminal damages to property and falsely obtaining services after causing $16,000 in damages to a room at Sandia Resort and Casino in New Mexico. He also recently issued an apology for the incident.

Bernalillo County DA Sam Bregman told sister station KOAT Wednesday that the criminal matter was dismissed and full restitution was made.
