Former Nebraska baseball player, Millard West graduate Max Anderson selected to play in All-Star Futures Game
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Former Nebraska baseball All-American Max Anderson was added by Major League Baseball to the 2026 All-Star Futures Game.
Anderson joins 25 other prospects on the American League roster that will go up against the National League roster.

Max Anderson is currently in the Detroit Tigers organization.
He’s playing in Triple-A, where he is batting .303 with 13 doubles, a triple, nine home runs and 32 RBIs.
Anderson is the sixth former Husker to play in the Futures game.
The game will take place on Sunday, July 12, at 11 a.m. CT.
