Tornadoes that swept through Mississippi Wednesday night flattened the Wash Mobile Home Park in Bogue Chitto, just north of the Mississippi-Louisiana line.Emergency officials said there was extensive damage in Lincoln County, including at the trailer park. “It’s all gone. Ain’t nothing there,” said Max Mahaffey.Mahaffey, 15, said he had lived at the park with his grandmother for most of his life. “I was just watching TikTok on my bed and thought it was thunder. I went to my living room. I went back to my room, and the room’s gone,” resident Max Mahaffey said. Mahaffey wasn’t hurt, but his grandmother hurt her ankle. He said some of his neighbors suffered cuts and bruises, and others may have broken bones.
