James Farthing has been arrested for a third time since winning a $167.3 million Powerball jackpot last spring.Farthing’s latest arrest includes charges for second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana, according to WKYT.Farthing first gained national attention after he purchased the winning ticket in Georgetown in April 2025.Just weeks later, he was arrested in Florida and accused of assaulting a police officer.
