KETV gets inside look at former-factory-turned-apartments in downtown Omaha in 1996

OMAHA, Neb. —

The old Skinner Macaroni building got a makeover in 1996, and KETV got an inside look at the project.

The developer took the dark, dingy, dusty shell that was once a factory and turned it into a 74-unit apartment building.
