Omaha theft suspect caught on camera buying $1.31 in gas
According to the police report, the suspect broke into a garage and stole several items, including golf clubs and a credit card.
Police are asking for help identifying a man caught on camera using a stolen credit card at an Omaha gas station. Authorities said the suspect, a white male wearing a black Champion sweatshirt, broke into a garage near 102nd and Blondo Streets and stole several items, including $3,000 in golf clubs, a portable speaker, a Yeti cooler, and a credit card. The man was later seen at the NP Mart near 30th and Martin Streets at 3 a.m. on April 16. Surveillance footage shows him spending only a few seconds inside the store, asking for “$20 on Pump 8,” and ultimately spending just $1.31 on gas.
