One person was killed after a two-vehicle collision.
One person died in a Harrison County crash Monday evening.The crash happened around 5:40 p.m. Monday on Highway 30 in Harrison County, according to the Iowa State Patrol.Troopers said a Toyota RAV4 was traveling eastbound when it crossed the centerline and collided with a westbound GMC Sierra in the westbound lane. The RAV4 driver, 30-year-old Merari Eduviges Perez of Manilla, Iowa, died from their injuries, Iowa State Patrol said.The Sierra driver, 57-year-old Daryl Jay Fichter of Missouri Valley, Iowa, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Missouri Valley Hospital.
