Gov. Jim Pillen signs off on medical marijuana rules approved by Nebraska attorney general
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Gov. Jim Pillen approved the medical marijuana regulations drafted by the state’s medical cannabis commission.
Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers approved the regulations Tuesday, and said they met statutory and constitutional requirements.

Those regulations will now be filed with the Secretary of State’s Office and will become law in five days.
