Omaha woman sentenced after robbery, shooting during College World Series
Court records show the case stems from a drug deal that led to a robbery and a shooting during the College World Series.
OMAHA, Neb. —
An Omaha woman was sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty in a robbery case that turned into a shooting near the end of the College World Series.

Court records show Aniya Morrison, 18, pleaded guilty to accessory to a felony under a plea deal.

Prosecutors said Morrison helped set up two people for a robbery during a drug deal, and the deal ended with one teenager injured in a shooting.

The charges of use of a weapon to commit a felony and tampering were dropped as part of the agreement.
Morrison received credit for 280 days served and was not ordered to serve post-release supervision.
