Drivers should expect delays this week due to streetcar construction. The west lane of 24th Street between Howard and Harney is closed for water main investigative work. The closure was expected to last up to two weeks. Crews also plan to move rail early Thursday to the east end of Midtown Crossing near 31st Avenue.
