Children’s Nebraska distributes safety glasses for Fourth of July

OMAHA, Neb. —

Children’s Nebraska is distributing free safety glasses at four locations to encourage safety during Fourth of July celebrations.

The glasses will be available starting Wednesday and will be distributed through July 3.

Each person can receive one pair of safety glasses.

The glasses will be available at the following locations during the following times:

Children’s Optical Shop – 85th and Cass streets

• Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Children’s Physicians – 24th and Cuming streets

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon

Children’s Physicians – West Village Pointe

• Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

Creighton Child Safety Center – 30th and Burdette streets

• Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
