Crash involving motorcycle sends one person to the hospital with critical injuries
OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha police are investigating a crash involving a motorcycle that sent one person to the hospital.
The incident happened on Highway 75 near Q Street on Friday.

According to police, a Chevrolet GMT400 was heading north in one lane, and a black ZR900 was heading north in the other lane at a high rate of speed.
OPD said the Chevrolet started to change lanes when the motorcycle approached “rapidly.” This caused the Chevrolet to correct back to the other lane, and when doing so, the motorcycle hit the rear of the vehicle.
The driver was ejected from the Kawasaki. They were taken to the hospital with critical but not life-threatening injuries.
The other driver was uninjured.
