PAPILLION, Neb. —

“I was on their board for six years and the stories they tell about the abuse and stuff. So if we can just get people to understand that and get involved and help with it, it saves lives, it saves lives,” Bob Frederick said.
Officials said the festival has raised nearly $400,000 for Project Harmony to date.
