There’s a new king of American fast food, according to a closely watched customer satisfaction ranking. Jersey Mike’s is now the top-rated quick-service restaurant, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which rates various chains based on thousands of customer surveys.The New Jersey-based sub chain earned top marks for freshness, food variety and value, scoring an 84 out of 100.
