Upper Deck Golf unveils event at Memorial Stadium

THE BANANA SHENANIGANS ARE BACK AND BETTER IN NEBRASKA, BUT THIS TIME IN THE HOME OF THE SCARLET AND CREAM BANANA BALL IN THE CORNHUSKER STATE ENDS WITH A 3 TO 2 VICTORY FOR THE FIREFIGHTERS. KETV NEWSWATCH SEVEN’S IZZY FONFARA JUUL WAS THERE AND WAS ON THE BASELINE TALKING TO FANS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. FROM AS FAR AWAY AS SALT LAKE CITY TO AS CLOSE AS THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA’S CAMPUS. 85,000 FANS PILED INTO MEMORIAL STADIUM FOR NEBRASKA’S SECOND EVER BANANA BALL GAME. I AM A BIG FAN, A BIG POTASSIUM FAN, AND A BIG BASEBALL FAN. WE FOUND OUT WE WON THE TICKET LOTTERY FOR THIS, AND WE WERE ALL ECSTATIC TO JUST SHOW UP AND BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH A BIG EVENT. TRENT STEVENS WILL BE THE FIRST ONE TO TELL YOU HE’S NOT A BASEBALL FAN. I HAVE LITTLE INTEREST IN BASEBALL, BUT THE BANANA BALL, THE PERFORMANCE AND EVERYTHING CAUGHT MY ATTENTION RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE I LOVE PERFORMING ARTS, SO THIS IS AMAZING. ON THE OTHER HAND, NINE YEAR OLD NOAH PARTRIDGE SPENT HIS BIRTHDAY WATCHING HIS FAVORITE SPORT. I LOVE MY PICKING AND LIKE, STRIKING PEOPLE OUT AND GETTING HITS. AND BELLA MCCATTY SAW THIS AS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO DON HER BRIGHTEST YELLOW. I HAVE THIS, I’M READY. YOU JUST HAVE THIS. MY BROTHER WORE THIS COSTUME MAYBE IN THIRD GRADE. AND PULLED IT OUT FOR THIS ONE. OVERALL, THE FUTURE OF BANANA BALL IN NEBRASKA IS LOOKING BRIGHT 100%. IF I’M INVITED. AND I’M DEFINITELY GONNA START LOOKING FOR TICKETS AFTER THIS. WELL, THEY ALREADY SOLD IT OUT ONCE, AND I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO WOULD LOVE TO HAVE WON THE LOTTERY. SO THERE’S PROOF THAT THEY HAVE FANS HERE IN NEBRASKA. Upper Deck Golf announced that participants can play a round of golf inside Memorial Stadium this fall. Tee boxes throughout the stadium will allow fans to compete in two-player matches on custom greens on Oct. 16 and 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants can also relax and enjoy great music, cold drinks, and food inside a VIP clubhouse bar. For an upgraded experience, fans can enjoy additional perks including free driving, chipping, and putting challenges. Parsons Xtreme Golf will provide participants with the proper clubs at every hitting location. Registration for tee times opens in September, but fans can register now in order to reserve their spot.
